Yes, this is possible from version 1:00:07 on.  
 

Use the following string (telegram), eg. in the terminal mode of PALPC:

Set bit rate to 9.6 kbit / sec:
@0IC 1

  


   
  Set bit rate to19,2 kBit/sec (factory setting = delivery status):
@0IC 0

To permanently store the new or changed bit rate according to one of the telegrams mentioned above, in to the flash of the single-axis step controller Flash IT 116
or IT 116 mini, use the following string (telegram).
