ProNC Overview
A powerful software by means of which the tasks at hand can quickly and conveniently be put into practice is each automation solutions' basis. ProNC is the new, powerful operating and programming surface for Windows by iselautomation. The most different tasks - from the single-position automation and the utilisation as software solution for the processing of a manufacturing cell to the integration of user programmes - can be accomplished with ProNC.
Due to its versatility and flexibility, ProNC is the ideal integration platform for your demanding automation solutions.
Using uniformly designed software modules, so-called DLLs (Dynamic Link Libraries), ProNC makes it possible for the different controls that iselautomation offers for the most different application areas to be uniformly used.
ProNC contains extensive dialogue software for the configuration, parameterisation, start-up and diagnostics of numerical axes and/or CNC systems including the necessary peripheral equipment.
The application area of ProNC covers automation solutions particularly in the areas milling, drilling, mounting, handling, loading and quality inspection, in which the user programmes are predominantly generated textually by using teach-in functions and/or by integrating contour data records (e.g. G-Codes according to DIN 66025 or isel-NCP format). At most, ProNC is able to manage nine axes in two axis systems at a time; depending on the type of control used, a 3-/4-axis interpolation is possible within the axis system.
In order to quickly and efficiently start up and optimise the user programmes, ProNC includes, inter alia, the following features:
- Single-step processing
- Adjustment/teach-in as well as correction and test of any process-related machine positions
- Configurable monitor for displaying the current values of programme variables
- Displays for speed and actual coordinates
- Display of the movement control's status (including hard- and software limit switches)
- Control panels for up to four working spindles with speed override
- Control panels for one or two axis systems with movement override, manual setting/deleting of workpiece zero points
- Setting of breakpoints on arbitrary programme lines/sets in the user programme
- Change of the values of real variables for, e.g., target coordinates, feeders, speeds and technological parameters (delay times, offset, panels, output values) during the programme's execution
- Teach-in and manual axis movement at run time of the user programme Extraction sets, set forerun, rapid traverse overlay
The ProNC package includes the processing and control programme Remote, which was optimised for machining processes executed with isel-machines. By means of Remote, the CNC programmes that have been created with ProNC can, e.g., be processed on the basis of a mass-production.
Remote Overview
Particularly with regard to machining operations in the areas milling, drilling, engraving, positioning, gluing, and sealing, the efficiency depends on the CNC control's flexibility, ease of use and operational safety. iselautomation offers the CNC control programme Remote as optimised operating surface for the manifold tasks connected with a computer-assisted operation.
Because of its modular design, Remote is available for nearly all controls that
iselautomation offers for the most different application areas. You can use the same control programme for the economic stepping motor control and the sophisticated CNC contouring systems, as well as for CAN bus. This clear structure does not only allow you to use control techniques according to application requirements, but also shortens learning and training periods.
Remote can be used as single-position application and as control programme for a manufacturing cell. In order to optimally integrate Remote into a production process, there are manifold signalling options as well as powerful functions for pallet machining.
