The vacuum clamping plates made of anodized aluminum allow for flexible clamping on each T-groove plate.
Sealing takes place by a foamed 4 mm caulking strip which can freely be layed according to the pattern of the T-grooves. The hose connectors at the suckers are suitable for 6 mm hoses.
Depending on the material property of the workpiece to be clamped, up to six suckers (e.g. 125 x 75) can be connected to one pneumatic vacuum pump. The system produces up to 80% vacuum at 5.5 bar of compressed air. It is suitable for small clamping tasks upt to clamping large sized plates or parts.

VakuFit - L
The raster plates for the vacuum clamping makes little demand on the vacuum pump. The plates are almost totally warp free and the material is therefore suitable for engraving operations when clamped.
In contrast to other vacuum clamping methods, surfaces can be milled over large areas without problem, with parts remaining securely clamped.
Material stops can be easily effected by inserting 5 mm dowelling pins into the raster plate holes. The board rubber matting is a consumable with a variety of uses. In addition to our standard plates, we offer customised variants and complete plate packages or special applications.
Note
Retaining force is proportional to the area covered, the coefficient of friction and the differential pressure.
In order to increase the coefficient of friction, rubber matting is included within the scope of delivery
